1. Scope
This policy applies to the Perenvo iOS app and backend. We process only the data needed for portfolio tracking, valuation, reports, and rule-based notices. We do not sell personal data or use holdings for advertising or profiling.
2. Data we process
- Account data: the stable identifier returned by Sign in with Apple and any relay email you choose to share.
- Profile data: display name and avatar you provide.
- Portfolio data: allocations, securities, quantities, transactions, costs, reports, and preferences.
- Brokerage screenshots you choose to upload, recognition candidates, and confirmed results.
- Minimal operational logs needed for security and troubleshooting. Logs do not store Apple identity tokens, backend session tokens, or complete screenshots.
3. Purposes
We use this data to authenticate and sync your account, calculate valuations and profit or loss, generate daily, monthly, and annual reports, check your rules, respond to feedback, export data, and delete accounts. Perenvo does not trade for you or access brokerage passwords.
4. Providers and international transfers
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple and push notifications.
- Alibaba Cloud hosts the app servers, database, and private object storage in mainland China.
- MiniMax processes temporary images only when you request screenshot recognition; you review results before they become holdings.
- BaoStock and AKShare provide or validate public market data. Portfolio identity is not sent to market-data providers.
If you use Perenvo outside mainland China, data you submit is transferred to and stored in mainland China. Please use the service only if you accept this arrangement. Providers are required to process data only as needed to deliver their services.
5. Retention and security
Account and portfolio data remain until you remove the relevant content or delete your account. Export links, archives, and temporary recognition objects expire. Relay email fields are encrypted, object storage is private by default, and data is transmitted over HTTPS.
6. Your choices
You can edit profile and holding data, create a data export, and permanently delete your account after Apple reauthentication. Deletion removes account-owned portfolios, reports, device tokens, and objects, except limited records required by law or security obligations.
7. Children
Perenvo is intended for adults capable of making independent financial decisions and is not directed to children.
