After signing in, open Profile → Feedback and include the time and steps involved. Never send Apple passwords, verification codes, or complete brokerage account numbers.

Market data and reports

Perenvo uses end-of-day data, not real-time quotes. Multi-market portfolios wait for relevant markets to settle. Holidays, delays, and missing prices are labeled and are never treated as zero.

Export and deletion

Create a data copy from Profile → Data & Privacy. Permanent deletion requires confirmation and Apple reauthentication and cannot be undone.

Sign-in issues

Check your network, Apple ID session, and device time, then retry later. Never share Apple verification information with anyone.
