1. Product scope
Perenvo is a portfolio recordkeeping and analysis tool. Its first supported strategy is Harry Browne's Permanent Portfolio. It helps you maintain holdings, view valuations and reports, and check custom allocation rules. It does not provide brokerage trading, custody, managed investment services, or guaranteed returns.
2. Not investment advice
Calculations, charts, reports, and notices are based on your entries, public market data, and your settings. They are not investment, tax, or legal advice. Prices may be delayed, missing, or revised. You remain responsible for your decisions.
3. Data accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing securities, quantities, transaction prices, and classifications. Screenshot recognition is an assistive feature and all candidates require your review. Perenvo data does not represent an official brokerage balance.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape at scale, bypass authentication, disrupt the service, or violate others' rights. We may limit abnormal requests to protect the service.
5. Availability and changes
Networks, cloud providers, Apple services, and market-data sources may interrupt availability. Features, data sources, supported markets, and interfaces may change as the product evolves.
6. Data and account termination
You may export data, sign out, or permanently delete your account in the app. Deletion cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Perenvo software, visual design, and original content are protected by applicable law. Your portfolio entries remain yours. Third-party names, trademarks, and market data belong to their respective owners.
